Website information
The website provides general information about HEAL Collective and its services. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for assessment or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
Wellness scope
HEAL Collective does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions. Services are subject to screening, suitability, availability and informed consent. Individual responses vary.
Prices and availability
Prices, Founding Member availability and session details may change. The price and terms confirmed at booking will apply to that booking. Any stated number of remaining founding places must be kept accurate.
Bookings and cancellation
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and non-attendance may be charged or deducted from a package, subject to the terms confirmed when booking.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Website text, branding and design belong to HEAL Collective or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission or misuse the website in a way that disrupts its operation.
Liability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate, but do not guarantee that every item is complete or continuously available. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
